Eagles and seasiders stay neck and neck

Elmore stay top after victory at Wingfield but share with Exmouth Town who were too good for the Valley at Clyst

Elmore came through a stiff task at Heavitree on wednesday night to make it four wins from four and they share top spot with Exmouth Town who also preserve their 100% record after four matches.

Exwick Villa won the other Premier game 3-1 at Newton St Cyres.

Ottery St Mary was packed for the local derby against Tipton St John in Division 3 which the latter won 3-1.

Teignmouth making their first appearance in the League for over 100 years were unable to mark it with a win as they went down 3-1 at home to coastal neighbours Starcross Generals in Division 4.

Beer and Feniton registered their first Premier wins on tueday. The fishermen beat Upottery 4-0, while Feniton won 5-3 at Topsham after getting three in first ten mins

Cullomptons Rangers blitzed Alphington 7-1 in Division 1 and the first ever D & E Somerset derby at Perry Street saw Chard Town snatch the points by a single goal.
