Villa fall to the flying eagles on the 3G pitch

But held for nearly an hour before coming good.

Exwick Villa staged the biggest game of their season when they welcomed Premier leaders Elmore to their all weather 3G pitvh today but to no avail. The eagles yet to drop points came good with two second half goals.

Eight Premier games were scheduled and played with the main title challengers all at home and winning. Cronies just bettered Newton St Cyres, Newtown enjoyed nap hand against Feniton, and Upottery won by the odd goal against Okehampton 2-1.

In Division One leaders Exeter University were surprisingly held to a draw by Alphington Res, and Lapford seem to be losing their touch after failing 4-3 at home to the vikings.

Bamptons ponies and Woodburys rollers both winners in Division Two, but the top match in Division Three between the University and Crediton ends all square.

Whipton & Pinhoe kept their 100% record in Div 4 lashing second place N Tawton 7-2 and Elmores reserves also kept their 100% record in Div 5 with a derby win against Westexe PR.
