Upottery win Bill Rees sportsmanship shield

East Devons Premier new boys proud winners of the trophy as voted for by the referees

Upottery football club won the Bill Rees sportsmanship shield in their first ever season as a Premier side. The East Devon Village club averaged 87.16 marks and were well clear of second place Newton St Cyres and four time winners Clyst Valley. The marks out of 100 are from the referees at the respective matches, and Upottery become the 32nd team to win the shield since it began in 1986.
