Alphas dip out on top spot but not so the Winks

Alphas held at East Budleigh, Winkleigh top again

Alphington hopes of sharing top spot in Division One with cup tied Crediton United, were dented after a 3-3 draw at East Budleigh. However chasing rivals Wellington were also held to a draw 1-1 at the University. Luke Perry scored a penalty for the tangerines but the College equalised later after some great stops by Wellington keeper Rob Hall.
Sandford kept their hopes alive after a narrow 2-1 win against Lympstone, Sam Reeve and Dean Jones with the goals, and Topsham Town are not yet out of the chase thanks to a 1-0 win at home to Bow AAC. Lorin Newcombe was the tops scorer.
Newtown clambered a big step to safety with a resounding 4-1 victory at Hatherleigh Town, although the North Devon side have six matches in hand.

Winkleigh regained top spot in Division Two after a 3-0 victory at Alphington, while Beer Albion were slumping to a 4-1 defeat at Tipton St John.
However favourites Teignmouth are keeping up the chase as they took out the University 2-0 with a pair of Sam Chapman goals.
Newton St Cyres hot-shot Dylan Wilson slammed five goals in their 8-1 win against Otterton. James Baker 2 and Tim Needs with their other goals, Matt Lidstone with the Otters reply.
Exmouth Spartans enjoyed a 3-1 success at Tedburn St Mary after the two clubs switched over, Jordan Bishop, Luke Bradford and Rob Welsman on the mark, Alan Doble the pick of the side.

A big shock in Division Three as rock bottom Exeter United beat St Martins 2-1, just their second victory of the season. Ed Hone and Sayed Omrani with the United goals, Joe Winsor getting one back for a dejected Saints.
Leaders Devon Yeoman stay clear as they nap-handed Feniton 5-0. Corey Salter with two goals and singles from Jacob Jack, Stanton Foggin and Luke Denley.
Both closest rivals both won as well. Westexe Park Rangers were 5-1 winners at Honiton Town whose sole reply was a Ryan Pike penalty, and Central won 3-0 at Seaton Town with Ross Clotworthy, Max Lockyer and Alax May with the goals.
Cam Fowler was the matchwinner for Lyme Regis at the University,.

Seven up without reply for both Cranbrook and Farway United the two clubs chasing the Division Four crown. Cranbrook won 7-0 at Witheridge, Jordan Wilkinson with a hat-trick, Callum Hoard, Dan Macdonld, Reece Saunders and Dan Cheadle with ll the goals. Farway emuluted that 7-0 win at home to Culm United thanks to a four goal burst by Billy Reed and singles from Matt Reed, Ben Fullick and Al Forsyth.
A great winner saw Bampton snatch a 2-1 win at Bravehearts whose Ed Webb scored their goal, and a similar win for South Zeal United at Broadclyst with Tom Chastey and Connor Mills splitting the goals.
Millwey Rise won 5-1 at Colyton with Luke Thurlow scoring twice. Joe Osborne, Owen Enticott and an own goal completing the home tally.
