Jubilant Bickleigh are through to their first ever County cup final after flocking to an astonishing 13-3 victory against fellow D & E rivals Whipton & Pinhoe. It was a top performance from Bickleigh with Thomas Head leading the charge with four goals, a hat-trick for James Campbell and a Henry White brace. also Scott Mcmillan, Hayden Nutt, Ryan Rowe and Ollie Elsworthy with singles. To their credit Whipton did manage replies from Jamie Sly 2 and Andy Felton but it was just not their day.

The buzzards will now face Bovey Tracey Reserves at Coach Road on Saturday May 13th, and will be itching to capture the biggest prize in Devon Intermediate football. Bickleigh will also love to win the cup as a memorial to their founder Tony Dascombe who sadly passed away recently. Big disappointment for Whipton who were beaten finalists just seven years ago
