COUNTY CUP QUARTER FINAL DRAWS

The Devon & Exeter League will not have a team in the quarter finals of the Sportslighting Devon Premier cup when the ties place in early February. County FA have confirmed that Alphington have been removed following their 5-1 victory at Park United from the North Devon League due to a registration error. The Alphas had high hopes that they could get to the final but instead Park will now have that chance having been re-instated to face Boca Seniors the 2009 winners.

Meanwhile M J Evans Devon Senor Cup holders Exeter University 3rds have been drawn away again and will face Central FC providing they get through their postponed third round tie against Lympstone this coming saturday.
Both Halwill and Hatherleigh Town have home advantage in their campaign. A semi final place will be unchartered territory for Halwill but for Hatherleigh they are hoping to go one better than when beaten finalists a quarter of a century ago.
