Kents win the sole Premier match played

Saints keep the Division Three race wide open as they pip the Yeomen.

Just one match played in Premier at the weekend as the wet weather took a big chunk out of the programme, Kentisbeare getting the better of Colyton in an excellent contest, Corey Webber and George Fawell with the goals. Adam Shilling was voted pick of the side.

Leaders Lapford took time out to clinch their place in the quarter finals of the East Devon Senior cup but were run close by Lyme Regis before edging home 2-1. An own goal and then Roger Hill won it for Lapford. Joe Bond with the Lyme goal.

In the other tie Alphington claimed a semi final slot after a 3-1 win at Bow AAC. The Alphas will now be away to either Elmore or Kentisbeare. Ryan Gibson-Heard was the home scorer.

With Alphington in cup action, Crediton United regained top spot in Division One with an impressive 4-1 result at the University. Two goals from Kenny Ord and one each for Tom Broome and Alex Bressington.
Sandford still with title ambitions were 1-0 winners at Wellington thanks to a Dean Jones strike. 16 year old Dylan Groves was the tangerines top man.
East Budleigh are are still in the shout after a 2-0 win at neighbours Lympstone.
Hatherleigh Town made short work of visiting Upottery as they ran out 9-1 winners. Steve Skinner, Owen Rutley and Ricky Marinaro including a penalty all scoring twice. Will Bennett, Stanislaw Dunat and Josh Parsons with a goal apiece.
Chard Town also on the goal train as they pounded Halwill 7-0. Dan Anjos with a first half hat-trick, Toby Pike 2, Bailey Pattemore and Conor Fielder on target as well.

Just one game survived in Division Two which saw Beer Albion work overtime to get the better of Dunkeswell Rovers 1-0. Jacob Hale with the only goal.

An elated St Martins took over third place again in Division Three after a 1-0 win at home to table topping Devon Yeoman which keeps the title still wide open. Hugh Stronge with the vital goal.
Seaton Town won 7-0 against visiting Exeter United in the other match played.

Cranbrook took another big step towards the Division Four crown winning 5-2 against Cullompton Rangers whose Adam Langabeer and Will Tobin managed consolation goals.
The two other matches played ended all square. Millwey Rise and South Zeal United finished 1-1 while Bampton drew 2-2 at East Budleigh with Leian Hunter getting both goals.
