Raiders don the Division Nine title at Starcross

Otterton seven up at the other Dons

City Raiders second eleven have been crowned Division Nine champions in style after a convincing 7-0 victory at Starcross Dons. Noah Northcott, Bradley Rockey and Adam Ziff all weighed in with doubles with a Jake Langmead single getting them home with two matches in hand. Runners up is still up for grabs between Exmouth Rovers, Ex Dons and Whipton & Pinhoe.

Intermediate football saw no action in Division Five with all matches postponed due to the weather, but major action in Division Six at Bickleigh where Uplyme won 2-1 to keep alive their hopes of a top two finish. Ollie Alner and Sam Foster with the Uplyme goals.
The University may have blown their hopes after a crushing 4-0 home defeat to probable champions St Thomas whose goalkeeper Paul “Chisel” Pengelly carved out a goal from his penalty area with a massive punt.
Devon Yeoman won the other game played 3-0 at home to Sandford.

Otterton made sure of finishing the season out of the bottom two in Division Seven with a stunning 6-2 win at home to league leaders Starcross Dons. Curtis Fewings with a hat-trick, Gareth Davies, Achref Ghanmi and an own goal undid the Dons whose Charlie Lock and Jordan Whittaker replied.

No matches played in Division Eight but there were three games completed in the new knockout mini league Tournament. Cheriton Fitzpaine and Hatherleigh Town were both 4-0 winners at North Tawton and South Zeal respectively. A much closer game at Feniton where Ex Dons edged it 2-1.
