Still tight for the top two in Premier
Both inch home in the race for the title
Both contenders for the Joma Premier title managed to squeeze home by the odd goal. Leaders Lapford edged a battling Sidmouth Town 3-2, thanks to a Ryan Clarke brace and Josh Phillips, with the vikings hitting back through James Clarke and Kieran White.
Second place Thorverton won by just a single goal against Beer Albion which probably ends their hopes of a top two slot. Kieran Smith with the thors goal, Harry Slack their top man.
Lyme Regis chasing fourth place Kentisbeare, also had to dig deep to better Okehampton Argyle 3-2. Joe Bond with two of the Lyme goals, Dominic Harnell and a Dan Butler penalty for the Okes reply.
Elsewhere Elmore put paid to the University 4-0, and Axminster Town won their derby match against Colyton 2-1.
