Nap hands for the big guns in Premier as leaders Lapford destroyed Colyton 5-0, and second place Thorverton were 5-1 winners at Sidmouth Town. Joe Badcock and Chris Burrow both scored twice for Lapford, Josh Phillips with the fifth, but star man for the thors was Lee Radford with all five against the vikings.
Not to be outdone the University also hit five away at Dawlish where it ended 5-1. Seb Lawson and Conor Gregory with a pair and Toby Pegge adding the fifth.
Kentisbeare were just as happy with a 2-0 win at home to Okehampton Argyle, now three outings in a row without conceding. Max Atifeh and Sam Tapp with the goals, and Paul Kingdom as their man of the day.
Elsewhere Lyme Regis were booking their place in the second round of the East Devon Senior cup as they saw off a battling Tipton St John 3-1, and they will now face Lapford who they last met in the Premier division play off final.
Elmore are through to the quarter finals after a 3-1 win at home to Beer Albion, Callum Old with a brace and Jake Burridge scoring, and they are joined by Upottery who edged out Hatherleigh Town 3-2. Cody Skinner, star man Mason Doble, and Owen McCreadie-Taylr with the winning goals.
