DIVISIONS 1-4
Winkleigh moved clear of the pack as Division One leaders but they had to work hard to get the better of a Chard Town side which restricted them to a 2-1 result. Rivals Upottery meanwhile had to postpone the visit from Newtown as Glebe Park was waterlogged, and the same outcome at Newton St Cyres who were due to face Topsham Town.
Wellington had a field day at East Budleigh with an eye popping 8-1 success, while Bow AAC who had a faultless October run went down 3-2 at Lympstone.
Teignmouth did well to hold high riding Beer Albion to a 2-2 draw.
Just three matches in Division Two but a shock at Exmouth Spartans where Feniton came out on top 5-4 in a thriller and revenge for an earlier defeat.
A 2-0 win for the University at home to Clyst Valley takes the college clear in second place, but Central were unable to come good at Dunkeswell Rovers where they were held 1-1.
St Martins rarely concede goals at Minster Park but they dipped to a 3-2 home defeat in the Bill Slee cup to Cranbrook and a costly missed penalty was their first undoing, That would have brought the scores level at 2-2 and might have swung the pendulum, but Cranbrook were in determined mood and although Saints did equalise Cranbrook found a deserved winner.
Only three matches played in Division Three but a top result for struggling Halwill who held leaders Hemyock to a 3-3 draw.
Arguably the top game was between second place Seaton Town and AFC Exe and it was the visitors who won the day 4-2.
Similar win for Lyme Regis at Chagford in their basement clash.
Lots of action from Division Four where leaders East Budleigh were made to dig deep to topple Sidmouth Town 5-4 and deny the vikings a third place slot.
The University galloped away with their game against Elmore 6-1, but elsewhere some tough contests. Cheriton Fitzpaine sprang a surprise 2-1 win at home to Uplyme, Culm United won for the first time at home 2-1 against Budleigh Salterton, and Colyton were happy to get three points at Exeter United where they won 4-2.
