Witheridge hoping for first ever County cup success

Witheridge face South Devon league Brixham Town on Saturday in the  A & S Paving Devon Intermediate cup final at Coach Road Newton Abbot. Kick off is at 2pm and for Withy this is new territory as they have never lined up in a County final before.

Opponents Brixham won the trophy 30 years ago,  a year after losing to Cheriton Fitzpaine in the 1990 final.

It is also the 120th final in the cups history and the League will be supporting Witheridge on, after our teams were runners up in the past two years.
