CHAMPIONS UPOTTERY, VIKINGS, AND COLYTON DOUBLE THEIR WINNING START

WEDNESDAYS ACTION

Colyton off to great start to their Premier season with a second victory against a neighbour. This time it was Lyme Regis, beaten 6-2 hat-trick for man of the match Somers but for Lyme a second defeat and much work to do. Conway, Daniels, and Herrod with the others.

Champions Upottery pushed much closer by Ottery St Mary but home 2-1 to add to their narrow goal win last Saturday. Pitter with the Otters consolation.

Sidmouth Town also won 2-1 away at East Budleigh, Adey and Drew Cull with the goals but an excellent match enjoyed by everyone.

No goals at St Martins against Crediton United but a first point for both.

Division One opened the season with a huge local derby between Teignmouth and Dawlish United. The visitors came good 2-0 with Oli and Alex Moyse on target, after a goalless first half.

On to tonight (Thursday) two more Division One matches, Kentisbeare stage a derby with Elmore and Glebe Park sees Upottery Res up against Axminster Town Res.
