As per SCOR 5 (D) except where otherwise mentioned all communications should be addressed to the General Secretary who shall conduct the correspondence of the Competition and keep a record of its proceedings.
(E) All communications received from Clubs must be conducted through their Officers and sent to the General Secretary.
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.
Monthly meetings are held at the Topsham Town Football Club, Exeter usually on a Monday evening.

Please note: The Devon and Exeter Football League have no involvement in any local Cup competitions.
