However the big clash between Bampton and Priory was postponed after just 30 mins following a serious injury and with no ambulance available for some time was called off. The ponies leading 2-1 at the time.

The top of the table showdown in Division Six Webb saw Exmouth Albion emerge winners 2-1 against Whipton & Pinhoe. The pair are separated by Central who had Devon Intermediate cup duties over at Topsham Town where they won that 3-2 becoming the first team to make it into round Two because the game had been brought forward.
Lots of goals elsewhere in this division led by Dawlish United 8-1 against Exeter International United, and at Hemyock 7-2 winners at home to Impact Albion. Boyne, Lander and Ware with doubles for Dawlish, McIntyre and Kelly with singles.
The University opened their season 3-0 winners at Phoenix United, and Elmore won 2-0 at Starcross.

Lots of goals also in Division Six Davey, 30 in fact from just four meetings. Hatherleigh Town topping the charts 7-3 winners at home to Newton St Cyres with Smith and Cockwill netting twice for the home side, Carling, Granger and Pearce once. Bulford, Easton and Philp with the Cyres return.

However no stopping leaders Axminster Town as they powered to a 4-1 win also in a derby at Uplyme.
Axmouth United won 2-1 at home to Colyton after Hughes with a second minute strike from a Pritchard free kick put them ahead. Pritchard also scored later with Cullum getting one back.
Massive turnaround at Exmouth Riptide where after being three down they recovered to win 4-3. Rasmussen 2 and Weldin fired the seasiders ahead, it was 1-3 at the break then Exmouth let rip. Crick, Gollop, Roberts and Toulson goals hitting back.

* Farway United and Offwell Rangers chose their meeting to acknowledge the memory of goalkeeper Nick Allen who played for both teams and was rated one of their best ever minders. Nick passed away at an early age and a big following which included his family many friends and the League were treated to a good match which Farway won 1-0 with a goal from Becks. There was also a missed penalty, wont say who but full credit to both clubs for arranging this get together.
